Is it possible to pay in cash?

Yes. We require your credit card details to make the reservation but you can pay cash on arrival. We accept all currencies (Euro and other currency will be adapted to the daily exchange rate). Please contact us directly.

I booked online but did not receive my ticket?

After booking online there can be delay until payment is received.  Once payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with a pdf ticket attachment.  If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder and/or make sure you entered a valid email address when making the booking.  If you still have problems…
