- In the event of any damages, loss, theft, or additional expenses incurred during the rental period, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct the necessary amount from the security deposit.
- The Organizer will provide an itemized list and documentation of the damages, loss, theft, or additional expenses for which deductions are made from the security deposit.
- If the amount of the security deposit is insufficient to cover the full extent of damages, loss, theft, or additional expenses, the Participant will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance to the Organizer within a specified period.
If no damages, loss, theft, or additional expenses are incurred, the security deposit will be refunded in full to the Participant.
