How these discounts work
- Deals are booked here, on this page. Early booking deal prices are only available on bookings started from this deals page — open the deal and finish the booking online, with the discount already in the price. Bookings made by WhatsApp, by phone, at the marina, or through a travel platform are not eligible.
- Book online, at least 7 days before your tour date. Promo codes are our thank-you for planning ahead — the code must be entered on the booking page while you pay.
- The code has to be applied during checkout. Discounts cannot be added to a booking that is already confirmed, and cannot be claimed afterwards, at the marina, or on the day.
- Booking sooner than 7 days out? Codes will not apply to that booking — you can still book at the normal price online, or WhatsApp us on +385 91 600 1201 and we will confirm availability straight away.
- Online bookings on garitransfer.com only. One code per booking, and codes do not stack with an early booking deal price.

Are some discounts applied automatically or do I always need a code?
Group discounts and published early booking deals apply automatically. Promo codes such as GARI10, FAMILYFUN25 and ROMANCE15 require manual entry at checkout. Each offer card on this page makes it clear whether a code is required.

When do I have to book to use a promo code?
At least 7 days before your tour date, and the booking must be made online with the code entered at checkout. If your date is sooner than that, the code will not apply — you can still book at the normal price online, or WhatsApp us and we will confirm availability straight away.
Can I get a deal price if I book by WhatsApp, by phone or at the marina?
No. Early booking deal prices are only available on bookings started from this deals page — open the deal you want and complete the booking online, where the discounted price is already applied. Promo codes work the same way: they must be entered by you at online checkout, at least 7 days before the tour date. Bookings taken by WhatsApp, by phone, at the marina or through a travel platform are not eligible for a deal price or a code.
I already booked — can I still get the discount?
No. Promo codes have to be applied during checkout, before payment. Once a booking is confirmed we cannot add a discount to it retroactively, and codes cannot be claimed at the marina or on the day of the tour. If you are planning another trip, book it online 7+ days ahead and the code will work.
Can I combine multiple promo codes on the same booking?
No — only one promo code can be used per booking. If multiple discounts are technically eligible, our system automatically applies the one that gives you the largest saving.
Do Garitransfer promo codes expire?
Yes. Every promo code is time-limited and tied to a specific campaign window. The validity dates are shown on each promotion card on this page. Once expired, codes can no longer be redeemed.
Do promotions apply to every boat, jet ski and yacht?
No. Discounts are tied to specific products and tour types — for example, Blue Cave Tour, Elaphiti Full-Day, Sunset Cruise. Each promotion card lists which tours it covers. If you're unsure, contact us before booking and we'll confirm eligibility.
I forgot to enter a promo code. Can I still get the discount?
Contact us within 24 hours of your booking via WhatsApp +385 91 600 1201 or email. If the code was active at the time of your reservation, we'll honour the discount and refund the difference.
Are early booking deals different from promo codes?
Yes. Early booking deals are dated offers we publish on selected boats and time slots — the discount is already in the price, so no code is needed and they do not stack with a code. Promo codes are entered by you at checkout and apply to online bookings made at least 7 days before the tour date.
Can I cancel a discounted booking?
Standard tours: free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Early booking deal prices are non-refundable once booked (the slot was about to go unused). Weather cancellations are always refunded in full or rescheduled free of charge.
Why book direct on garitransfer.com instead of an OTA?
OTAs add 15–25% commission on top of our prices. Booking direct gives you the lowest rate, lets you apply our promo codes (which OTAs don't honour), and gives you direct WhatsApp contact with our skippers for same-day changes.
