The perfect way for you to have fun at sea is a boat rental. We offer a fleet of boats from which you can choose to explore the coastline of Dubrovnik, hidden caves, walking through history on the Elaphiti Islands, or simply taking a break and enjoying the views, sea, and Mediterranean food.
We will help you set up your trip, which rules to follow, and what things to pay attention to before you go. Each island is about 15-25 minutes away from Dubrovnik. We will provide you with a map so you can orient yourself while exploring. You can rent snorkel masks, waterproof bags, and other accessories at our office.

Frequently asked questions

  • Where can I park my car?

    Parking is available in front of our base at the Marina Frapa, Lapadska obala 21a, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia.

  • What should I bring with me?

    For all water activities you will need swimming clothes and a towel, and any medication you would normally carry on you (eg. Ventalin, Antihistamines, Insulin). For full day trips we recommend bringing a small day pack and some cash which can be safely left on the islands during the trip.

  • Can I bring a (waterproof) camera with me?

    Yes. Jet ski have a waterproof compartment, but we are offering additional protection like as waterproof bags.

  • What if there is bad weather?

    Sometimes outdoor activities can be affected by weather conditions but it is difficult to predict exactly how the weather will be until a few days before the trip. For any uncertainties please contact us closer to the departure date, in case the trip cannot depart we will try to either accommodate you on another date or activity or refund your booking.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We require 7 days notice for cancellations of individual bookings of up to 8 participants . Please visit our terms and conditions page for a complete description of our cancellation policy.

  • Are there group discounts?

    Group discounts are available for groups of 15 participants or more. Group bookings entail different cancellation policies.

  • I paid for my trip online but it was later cancelled, when will I receive my refund?

    Your refund was issued on the day of the cancellation but it can take up to 2 weeks for the banks to transfer the money back. Please be patient and if you have any problems contact us directly.

  • I booked online but did not receive my ticket?

    After booking online there can be delay until payment is received. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with a pdf ticket attachment. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder and/or make sure you entered a valid email address when making the booking. If you still have problems please contact us.

  • Will shower and changing room be available on my trip?

    We have shower and changing room at our Garitransfer base. There are no showers or changing rooms on trips away from Garitransfer, but you may still use the facilities at our base before and after your trip.

  • Can my children drive the jet ski?

    Yes, but there are some age restrictions. Minimum age: 18 years. Children under 18 years only with adults supervision. Children under 18 years must bring a declaration of consent signed by parent.

  • Is it possible to pay in cash?

    Yes. We require your credit card details to make the reservation but you can pay cash on arrival. We accept all currencies (Euro and other currency will be adapted to the daily exchange rate). Please contact us directly.

  • Can I participate even though I have a medical condition?

    Some medical conditions may prohibit you from participation but most will not. If you do have a medical condition, it is very important that that you inform our staff prior to participation. If you require medication for your condition (eg. Ventalin, Antihistamines, Insulin), you will need to bring that with you in case it is needed.
