Where can I park my car?
Parking is available in front of our base at the Marina Frapa, Lapadska obala 21a, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia.
What should I bring with me?
For all water activities, you will need swimming clothes and a towel, and any medication you would normally carry. For full-day trips, we recommend bringing a small day pack and some cash.
What if there is bad weather?
Sometimes outdoor activities can be affected by weather conditions. For any uncertainties please contact us closer to the departure date. In case the trip cannot depart we will try to accommodate you on another date or refund your booking.
How does the cancellation policy work?
We require 7 days notice for cancellations of individual bookings of up to 8 participants. Please visit our terms and conditions page for a complete description of our cancellation policy.
Are there group discounts?
Group discounts are available for groups of 15 participants or more. Group bookings entail different cancellation policies.
When will I receive my refund for a cancelled trip?
Your refund was issued on the day of the cancellation, but it can take up to 2 weeks for the banks to transfer the money back. Please contact us if you have any problems.
I booked online but did not receive my ticket?
After booking online there can be a delay until payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with a PDF ticket. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Are showers and changing rooms available?
We have a shower and changing room at our Garitransfer base. You may use the facilities before and after your trip.
Is it possible to pay in cash?
Yes. We require your credit card details to make the reservation, but you can pay cash on arrival. We accept Euro and other currencies at the daily exchange rate.
Can I participate with a medical condition?
Most medical conditions will not prohibit participation, but it is very important that you inform our staff prior to participation. If you require medication, you will need to bring it with you.

Garitransfer was founded in 2008 at Marina Frapa, Dubrovnik. We are not a booking platform or reseller — we own every boat in our fleet and employ our own skippers. For 17 seasons, we have operated from the same base, building relationships with thousands of guests who return year after year.
As a registered Croatian company (OIB: 60702665754), we are fully licensed, insured, and inspected annually by the Croatian Maritime Authority. When you book with us, you deal directly with the people who maintain the boats and navigate the waters — no middlemen, no platform fees.
